China Purchasing Company
2015 - 2016
We opened our own procurement company in China 2015 in partnership with Baier Gypsum Manufacturing company in China on a 50/50 basis. The company in China was in Linyi city about 2 hours flight from Beijing. We supplied all projects in Namibia including the Mass housing Initiative.
PROCUREMENT SERVICES
Our services include:
- Working out a detailed feasibility study AND bill of Quantities for each project.
- Compare local prices to import prices to determine the saving percentages.
- Compare our import product quality to the local product.
- Providing our customers samples with overnight courier services.
- Can source also local products if requested, have access to most suppliers in South Africa.
- Can provide on-site services by supplying materials from brickwork to roofing.
- Manage and control of stock on-site by providing materials in construction phases.
- Assist customers to China for factory visits
